Giancarlo, as a young child, discovered his love for cooking in his Nonna's kitchen, where he eagerly assisted alongside his brother. When Alfio decided to bring his vision to life with Piatti Italiani, Giancarlo wholeheartedly embraced his father's concept, becoming an indispensable force in the restaurant's operations. With a knack for crafting exquisite cocktails and specialty coffees, Giancarlo adds his own flair to the dining experience, driven by the same passion for excellence as his father.
